Episode One: In this episode, we can see how easy it is to set up a new work order in LX, as well as see how
simple it is to work in multiple screens, accessing 2 or more different work orders and invoices at the same time.
You will also see the “customer pays” feature, which lets a customer purchase an item on an insurance job, but
the item will only show on the customer's invoice, not on the insurance invoice. Additionally, we will show VIN
lookup, our wildcard search feature, which lets you search all fields, including the notes field, to find a
record; and using the scheduler to easily organize both mobile and in-shop appointments.
Episode Two: In this episode we will see how easy it is to use the “make duplicate” feature to open a new
work order based on a repeat customer's past jobs. The information from the previous job is transferred to the
new work order; This episode also shows how simple it is to attach any type of file to track all related paper
work, photos, graphs, spreadsheets or any other type of file you would like to have associated with the job.
You will also see how quickly a CSR can order a part, using the “quick order” feature of LX. Additionally, we
will show how simple it is to reschedule a job.
Episode Three:At the beginning of this episode, the CSR is reconciling EDI transactions; You will see her
accesses the help screen (F1) for help on the ‘rejected' items. If you highlight any item in LX, and press F1,
the help screen will pull up the information on this topic. This episode also features the reporting aspects of
GlasPacLX; There are over 30 reports available in the reporting section of LX; Here we show a simple ‘detailed
report by agent', which can be easily exported to excel. Also, we show a report tracking how well Bob's Auto
Glass's advertising campaign did. Additionally, using the InfoMAX add on module, you can create demo cubes to
help with trend analysis and track many features from LX.
Episode Four: In this episode we show how quickly you can create a work order when Lynx electronically sends
you and dispatch; Also, you can see how simple it is to transfer items from one shop to another, using LX's
inventory control module.
Episode Five: In this continuation from Episode 1, Jack has arrived at Betsy's office to do her windshield
repair. After completing the job, he easily logs on to Bob's Auto Glass's system using his wireless card (all
you need is either a wireless hot spot or with a PC card for your laptop, accessing the internet through your
cell phone service provider); He prints up the invoice for Betsy using the docking station in his mobile van,
gets credit card approval to charge the amount to her card and has her sign the receipt. This mobile solution
is also available for mobile/van only shops.
Episode Six: Here we see how quickly a CSR can order a custom flat glass piece. He easily adds the
fabrication options. Also, with our price match feature, you can quickly match any competition's price by
simply clicking on the price match button; LX will calculate the new price, including tax, to match the
competition's quoted price
